I see people with weapons that have +1 +3 etc. on them...how xD?

Star Jewels
you can get them at Varanas Lower city West or in Obsidian Stronghold at Glory square.
Hit backspace and type Alice Habin.
To get greater than +1 u need to play with your weapon for example; buy x20 Star Jewel and once your main weapon have +1 use the Jewel stone on another weapon the one which you are not going to use. Let say about 6 sraight fail and you think the next one will give you a + then switch back to your weapon and use Star Jewel on it. good luck with it thou, u have to be very lucky to get the maximun + u can have.
